This is our most thorough and deepest cleaning. There is a 6 hour minimum on this job and is only done at our hourly pricing. For this cleaning service, we will hand scrub floors, wash walls, clean corners with a scrub brush, etc…as this level of detail is hard to quantify, especially as every home is different, we do not guarantee an amount of time for the service to be completed in. We ask that these services be requested before your clean date so that our technicians can bring the appropriate materials for the request.

NOTE: The Maid Place Staff does not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted with an extension. We do not move furniture but will do our best to reach under raised pieces. Mini-blinds will be dusted but may have extensive build up that cannot be removed without taking blinds down. We do not clean litter boxes or remove animal waste. Please understand that there will be some dust re-settling after we leave, we will do our best to limit this. Only a deep clean can assure thorough cleaning of blinds. If ovens and/or stove tops are cleaned, we cannot guarantee that they will be back to pristine condition due to possible build up and/or corrosion. PLEASE remember we guarantee our services; if you are unhappy with your clean and call within 24 hours, we will come back out.
